I haven't been able to find a good simple map. 2400 Highway 128 is located between Rt 101 to the East and Rt 1 to the West. Roughly 16.3 mile marker on Rt 128, between Philo and Navarro, or 16.3 miles East of the Pacific Ocean from the junction of 1 and 128 at the mouth of the Navarro River.

It takes about 2 1/2 hours to drive from the Bay Area going north on 101 and then Northwest on 128.

If you google Philo School, you can get a map.....

Lodging in Anderson Valley and Mendocino: click on the underlined names to link to their sites.

There is a wide variety of lodging available nearby.  Limited camping is available at Philo Pharm.  Highly recommended are  Holly Hill , The Boonville Hotel and the Anderson Valley Inn.  Or go to the coast for The Inn at Schoolhouse Creek or the Mendocino Hotel (about 1/2 hour away).  Also check out Van Zandt by googling Van Zandt, Philo, CA. Many other wonderful places are at GoMendo on the web, the Anderson Valley Chamber of Commerce and other Anderson Valley and Mendocino sites.

Also nearby (four miles away) is Hendy Woods old growth Redwood forest with camping amid the giant redwoods.  Orr Hot Springs is about an hour away.
