I’m the first to admit that I’ve never journeyed with Salvia Divinora. Making Hydrosols is a passion though, so for my friend Zay I made one and he filmed it. I’ve made many batches of absinthe and the process is very similar. Plant matter is macerated (soaked) in alcohol for up to a year and then distilled in my copper alembic still.
